The history of the BE SO GENIOUS company
BE SOGENIOUS is also the result of the founder’s personal story. Indeed, when he is still only a teenager, a great-uncle of Rodrigue who is both farmer and breeder, loses everything simultaneously, due to events whose impacts he had not anticipated. Traumatized by this situation, Rodrigue promises to put his potential at the service of anticipating this type of situations.
In 2008 during his studies as a computer engineer, Rodrigue carried out a first research work that touches on business intelligence and artificial intelligence. In the process, he will spend 6 months of R&D in 2009 in a research team in Business Intelligence at SAP, before continuing with a course in artificial intelligence at the University Paris-Dauphine.
In 2011, after designing an architecture he sees as the future of decision support, he plans to do a thesis in Artificial Intelligence at MIT, before pursuing a specialized master’s degree in financial management and control at ESSEC Business School Paris. This choice notably allows him to lead Impact projects with artisans in Africa. At the same time, he carries out consulting assignments with large European companies from which he obtains recommendations, and intervenes as a trainer with engineering schools and courses centers in France.
In January 2021, Rodrigue will publish on LinkedIn his architecture (above). It appears today as very likely the very first illustration on LinkedIn, presenting the future of decision support as a coordinated work between AI agents cooperating in fleets, Business Intelligence, market data and decision makers.
In 2023, it is naturally towards MIT that Rodrigue will turn to follow the Machine Learning in Business curriculum.
Today with the teams of BE SO GENIOUS LLC, the objective is to make decision-making intelligence accessible to each company according to its needs. Furthermore, we also want to put decision-making intelligence at the service of local impact with farmers, breeders and artisans.

Chartered accountant, he worked as an auditor, financial controller, director of management control, administrative and accounting director, administrative and financial director, associate director. He has provided these functions for companies with several tens to several thousands of employees and/or with a turnover between several millions and several billion Euros.

His career began at the PiceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC) firm, which has allowed him in nearly half a century to support companies of different sizes, both startups and family companies as well as internationally listed companies.
He was thus able to contribute to performance improvements for multiple companies. Olivier’s experience is a valuable asset for both the BE SO GENIOUS platform.
Rodrigue SOH KAMLA
Founder and Course Manager
Consultant and trainer in decision intelligence for about fifteen years, Rodrigue SOH KAMLA holds an engineering degree from the Institute of Computer Engineering of Limoges and a Specialized Master’s from ESSEC Business School Paris. He also completed a training in artificial intelligence at the University of Paris Dauphine and MIT.

His career in data and AI starts thanks to a successful integration within the research teams in Business Intelligence of SAP, which earns him a recommendation from the director of SAP Labs France. Since 2014, Rodrigue has provided training for engineering schools and professionals in several of the largest specialized data and AI courses centers in the Paris region. The ratings of professional participants are all between SATISFIED and EXCELLENT.
In 16 years, Rodrigue has implemented decision intelligence by holding different positions (R&D Engineer, Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Trainer, Data Architect), for companies of different sizes (CAC 40, Startup,...), in different sectors (Finance, transport, Energy, e-commerce, ...)
Régis KPOSSA
Marketing Prime
Professor and researcher in Marketing for nearly fifteen years, Régis KPOSSA holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, with a specialization in Marketing. His research focuses on sensory marketing of the product and the point of sale, brand image, sustainable development and emerging consumer behaviors.

He is currently Associate Professor at the Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur and teaches courses in Marketing, Market Research, Distribution and CSR.
He is a member of the scientific committee for the BE SO GENIOUS platform.
